How do you add exercise to your day when you feel like you already have way too much to do during the day? My mornings are packed and if one little thing takes too long I end up being "late" for work. And my evenings I am working on homework. I have an elliptical at home, but carving 30 mins out of my day is seeming too difficult. If any one is reading this - do you have any suggestions?

Day Seven, April 4, 2008
It has been one week and this day did not go so well. I woke up late, so I ended up driving to work - once there I realized that I forgot my phone and pedometer. I do remember that I had a breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee for breakfast, chicken and dumplings for lunch, and I have no idea what I had for dinner. The key thing is I haven't eaten any fast food for a week - woo hoo.
Day Six - April 3, 2008
I thought I would have been caught up by this day and would be able to just post what I ate and the other stats so of course didn't keep track of anything. I do remember that I walked nearly 19,000 steps that day because I walked to work - walked home for lunch - walked my son to school, and then walked to pick him and then home. My wife says that I don't have a very reliable pedometer - which is probably true - but it still feels good to day I walked that many steps.
Day Five - April 2, 2008
I didn't keep very good track of what I ate today I did write down that I walked 12,400 + steps and drank 6, 8oz glasses of water. I will try to do better.
